Symonds confirmed her seven-year affair with the star and claimed she was not the only one.
She said Ramsay also had an affair with a married Danish author and a one-night stand with a woman in the US.
Symonds, 38, says she met Ramsay in 2001 at London’s Chinawhite nightclub, only months her affair with Lord Jeffrey Archer was exposed.
“Gordon was just about to open his restaurant in Claridges. I was working in the hospitality business,” Symonds said.
“He found me physically and mentally attractive. I thought he had charisma. When he asked me for my number I gladly gave it to him, even though I knew he was married.
“He started calling me often. His marriage was unhappy. Things were so bad, he was contemplating getting an apartment with a friend.”
They first had sex in December in her flat after a night at the club, she claimed.
