Unfortunate news – Stockbroker Tom Mahoney, who is Marcia’s Cross husband, is confirmed to be battling cancer.

According the actress’s reps, Heidi Slan, he is undergong treatment and is responding very well.

Mahoney, 50, and Cross, 46, who got married in June 2006 before about 200 guests at the Church of Our Savior Episcopal Parish in San Gabriel, California, has fraternal twins daughters, Eden and Savannah in February 2007.
