Ouch that has got to hurt the ego. Tmz.com tell us that Nothing says “I don’t love you anymore” like getting a divorce on Valentine’s Day … just ask Heidi Montag.

TMZ learned … the divorce of Heidi and Spencer will become final on February 14, 2011.

Heidi’s lawyer, Jodeane Farrell, told TMZ she just received Spencer Pratt‘s signed acknowledgment that he’s been served with divorce papers.  Under California law, Heidi has to wait 6 months after Spence gets served before the divorce is final, and Spencer was served on August 13.

Fun fact:  Heidi says she formally separated from Spencer on their first wedding anniversary.

Evan Rachel wood and Marilyn Manson  had just gotten back together it seemed. People.com tells us  Talk about on-again, off-again: Marilyn Manson and actress Evan Rachel Wood ended their engagement last week, a source told PEOPLE.

The newly single Manson, 41, then hit the town Saturday night, dining at L.A’s STK and clubbing at next door Boudoir with a group including Twiggy, Manson’s longtime guitarist, and former Playmate of the Year Colleen Shannon.

“They just broke off their engagement, and he needed a night out with friends,” says another source.

While together, the shock rocker proposed to the True Blood actress, 22, during a January stage performance in Paris, according to reports.

The two began dating in 2006 but then broke up in 2008, when Wood was linked briefly to actor Shane West.

They reconciled for a short time, only to split again before becoming engaged last January. I bet the next thing we hear is that Evan and Marilyn are back together and are ordering shower favors for their wedding. Maybe they are into the whole brakup just so we can makeup thing.

Christina Milian and The dream have called it quits. Usmagazine.com tells us that  Christina Milian and The-Dream have decided to separate, his rep confirms to UsMagazine.com.

“Terius ‘The-Dream’ Nash is saddened to announce that his marriage to Christina Milian was unsuccessful. The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter Violet. They ask for consideration and respect for their family moving forward,” his rep tells Us.

The split confirmation comes as racy photos  surface of The-Dream and his assistant of about a year, Melissa Santiago, frolicking in the Caribbean.
The producer and singer (who released his third album, Love King, on June 29), 32, proposed to Milian, 28, in July 2009 with a six-carat diamond ring from Ivanka Trump’s jewelry line. The couple eloped last September in Las Vegas, and said “I Do” a second time in Rome in December shortly before deciding to separate. They welcomed daughter Violet five months ago.
In April, Milian told Us Weekly that her baby girl has “a lot of personality! She laughs a lot!” She had already lost 27 of the 45 pounds she gained while expecting by “eating salads like crazy,” she said.
The-Dream has three children from a previous marriage to singer Nivea.

people.com tells us that Two years after getting her heart broken by her husband’s relationship with her best friend, Shania Twain is legally single again – which is not to say she’s back on the market.

Even as her divorce from Robert “Mutt” Lange was quietly being finalized in Switzerland, Twain, 44, was looking like a woman in love at the Swiss Red Cross Ball on May 29. Dancing the night away with Frédéric Thiébaud (the other woman’s ex-husband), 40, “she was radiantly happy,” says a source close to her.

“Her happiness certainly shone through,” says her friend Stéphane Lagonico, an ambassador for the Swiss Red Cross, who organized the ball. “They are a great addition to each other’s lives.”

With the divorce final this week, according to documents filed in Switzerland, Twain is moving on with her life. She’s prepping to shoot Why Not? With Shania Twain, her series on the Oprah Winfrey Network, amid speculation that American Idol is courting her to be a judge after her successful stint as a mentor this season.

And Thiébaud is firmly at her side through all of it. “Shania and Fred are a couple that fit together,” says a friend. Adds the source close to her: “Things are getting really serious with Fred.”  I wonder if the next step for these two is to get married. people.com tells us that In a recent interview, Amanda Seyfried said she wasn’t sure if her British beau Dominic Cooper is “the one.” As it turns out, he isn’t – at least for now.

PEOPLE confirms that Seyfried, 24, and Cooper, 31, are no longer dating. “Amanda and Dominic have been on and off for a while – and right now they’re taking a break,” a source says. “But they’re great friends and could still get back together.”

While Seyfried has been promoting her new movie Letters to Juliet, Cooper has been at the Cannes Film Festival, where he was spotted talking to Seyfried’s former Mean Girls costar Lindsay Lohan – and even had his arm around her waist at a party Wednesday night.

Seyfriend and Cooper met while filming 2008′s Mamma Mia!. The two had maintained a long-distance relationship, keeping in touch via Skype or hopping on planes in between their busy schedules. “There’s nothing easy about [it],” Seyfriend tells InStyle Hair this month.
