Wow how quickly he moves on . People.com tells us that A month after his wife of 13 years filed for divorce, Kelsey Grammer has been spotted out and about with a new girlfriend – a mystery blonde so far known only as Kate.

A rep for Grammer, 55, confirmed the woman’s first name, as reported in the New York Post. “They are very happy together,” says Grammer’s publicist, Stan Rosenfield, who declined to provide more details other than that Kate “is not in the entertainment business.”

Meanwhile, TMZ.com posted a video of Grammer and the woman holding hands and kissing as they took a stroll in Manhattan over the weekend.

The Frasier star’s third wife, Camille Donatacci, filed for divorce on July 1, citing irreconcilable differences. She is seeking primary physical custody of their daughter Mason, 8, and son Jude, 5, as well as spousal support.

A multiple Emmy and Golden Globe winner, Grammer is currently starring in the Tony-winning revival of the Broadway musical La Cage Aux Folles.

On June 13, the couple walked on the beach in Malibu with their arms around each other. Three days later, they dined at intimate new L.A. hotspot Red O restaurant, where a diner says Seacrest, 35, “was very attentive.” And Sunday, Hough, 21, accompanied the American Idol host on another outing in Malibu, where the two shopped at Alice + Olivia. Lets hold off on the wedding planning and see how long their relationship will last. They do make a good couple though.

Hough, who split from country star Chuck Wicks last year, was also linked with comedian Dane Cook in March.

people.com tells us that Single since his split  from Reese Witherspoon around Thanksgiving, Jake Gyllenhaal is taking stock of his life and career – but doesn’t have any firm answers when it comes to love.

“It’s okay,” the Oscar-nominated actor, 29, says of the single life in an interview in GQ‘s May issue. “I think it’s important for every man to find the right woman and every woman to find the right man … Who am I to say what the most important thing in life is? The best answer I could give to any of those things is that I really don’t know. Particularly right now in my life.”

Uncertainty isn’t such a bad thing, though. “I’m trying not to keep things so neat,” Gyllenhaal says. “I think I’m realizing my strengths and my faults. I think I’m trying to see what is me … and what is not me.”

Gyllenhaal, who tackled his first true action role for the upcoming Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, says his identity used to be tied almost exclusively to work. Ironically, it was the death of his friend and Brokeback Mountain costar Heath Ledger in 2008 that pushed him to embrace life.

“Life, I didn’t totally understand. And I think I was afraid of life,” he says. “And I had success in my work, enough success that you could keep going back there. But after [Ledger's death] … I think I recognized that it was work. And I recognized that this is for real.”

And the actor’s on a good path, says his brother-in-law and close friend Peter Sarsgaard, mostly because he doesn’t have self-destructive tendencies.

Jake is a fundamentally positive person, Sarsgaard says, “and my thesis with Jake is that it is genuine. He is not doing it to be more popular and more successful; it is actually who he is.”  Oh man if he was looking for a wife I would rush to his side I think he is the  perfect man for me. People.com tells us that Brody Jenner and Avril Lavigne’s apparent romance is showing no signs of slowing down.

After paparazzi caught the singer and the Hills star kissing, the duo headed to Las Vegas this weekend, where Friday they had dinner at Aria’s Union and later went to Haze nightclub, where they “were all over each other,” a source told  PEOPLE.

On Saturday, they were spotted together at the grand opening party for Mario Barth’s King Ink.

Both avoided the red carpet leading into the club, thereby sidestepping any questions from reporters. Sitting next to each other on the patio of the combo bar-and-tattoo-parlor, the two danced together, continually touching each other’s arms and legs all through the night.

As the night wore on they became even more affectionate. At 1 a.m., Lavigne, 25, decided to get a tattoo on her wrist – of the number 30, accompanied by a lighting bolt. Beforehand, she and Jenner could be seen kissing several times.

Jenner, 27, later got a matching tattoo of a lightning bolt below his ear.

I am sorry but tattoo’s are permanenent and I guess since it isnt each other’s name its okay. I guess what really bothers me is that these two dont match well. As long as these two dont start looking at benchmark wedding bands I can deal with them being together. To be honest I much rather be looking for a satellite internet provider than see pictures of Avril and Brody sucking faces ewwww.

But don’t look for an engagement announcement anytime soon. “It’s new, and it’s fun, and it’s nothing too serious, you know,” Rihanna, 22, said of their relationship. “I don’t want anything that’s going to take up so much of my energy and time right now in a bad way. I just want to have fun, and that’s what it’s about.”
