Noone would have expected for rapper T.I to get arrested after being on probation but he did. T.I and his wife Tamkea “Tiny” Cottle got arrested late wednesday night, early Thursday  morning on drug possession charges in West Hollywood.  Its is being reported that T.I ‘s Maybach was stopped after making a illegal U-turn in which officers smelled marijuana and conducted a search and found  controlled substance.

Both T.I and Tiny posted bail and were released early thursday morning.

The question now is will T.I have to go back to jail for breaking his probation or not? I guess we will have to wait and see what happens next.

It didnt take long for Paris Hilton to be blackballed out of   two  Las Vegas hotspots.  The first ones to say that Paris isnt allowed on their properties are the Las Vegas resorts Wynn and Encore.  The ban comes after several Las Vegas insiders claimed that the heiress might be blackballed from nightclubs. After the car in which she was riding was stopped, Hilton, 29, was taken inside the Wynn, where it was allegedly discovered that she had cocaine in her purse.

People.com also says that Coinciding with the ban, Wynn Las Vegas also announced in a vague statement that Hilton’s boyfriend, nightclub executive Cy Waits, has been “separated from the company and is free to pursue other interests.” No further comment or details was provided.

It seems that Paris Hilton cant seem to go on without having some kind of drama happening in her life.

Paris Hilton has been charged with  felony drug possession. Paris Hilton’s purse contained .8 grams of cocaine, cigarette wrappers commonly used for marijuana and a broken tablet of Albuterol when she was searched after a traffic stop, according to the police report.
The heiress, 29, was charged with felony cocaine possession following her weekend arrest in Las Vegas. The drug charge carries a maximum sentence of four years in prison if convicted. Although Paris Hilton claims the purse is not hers it is going to be  up to her lawyers to convince  people otherwise.

Police pulled over the car in which she was riding on Las Vegas’s famed Strip when an officer smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle. The arrest report says Hilton was taken into the nearby Wynn Las Vegas hotel “at her request,” where she was placed in a holding room and took lip balm from her purse.

“As she began to open [the purse], I saw a small bindle of what I believed to be cocaine in a clear baggy begin to fall from the purse and into my hand,” the arresting officer writes.

Zig Zag wrappers were also found in her purse along with the Albuterol, commonly used for people who have breathing problems. Hilton claimed she had a prescription for it.

Hilton’s boyfriend, Cy Waits, a Las Vegas nightclub executive, was also arrested in the traffic stop. I guess we will have to wait and see how Paris Hilton gets out of this one.

While many of us were concerned after hearing that police were called because they were concerned with Timbaland, Timbaland lets us know he is alright.  He never tried to take his own life.

“I don’t even know what happened, to be honest,” the rapper-producer (real name: Timothy Mosley) told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show  Wednesday, after reports that he tried to commit suicide surfaced online. “I don’t know what people are talking about. Why would I commit suicide?”

Earlier Wednesday, news broke that Timbaland, 39, fled his house and wanted to harm himself after someone reportedly stole a $2 million watch from his collection.

“Something did happen,” he told Seacrest, confirming that he was robbed. “It wasn’t a watch [that was stolen]. It was something else.” And, Timbaland says, he “took a drive to figure out how I’m going to handle it,” while somebody close to him reportedly called the authorities, concerned about his well-being.

According to the Malibu Lost Hills Sherriff’s Department, a caller indicated they “had an emergency,” that Timbaland was upset and under stress – and that he left his Malibu house in his Cadillac Escalade. Authorities added that his wife, mother-in-law and friends were unable to find him and were under the impression he had taken some medication before driving off.

Telling Seacrest that those closest to him likely feared for his safety because they hadn’t heard from him, the rapper-producer understands that “people got worried.” When police tracked him down on the Pacific Coast Highway, he recognized the officer and assured him that everything was fine after being told of his family’s concern.

“I snapped,” he told Seacrest. “I was like, ‘Who would report something like that?’ ”

Amid all the drama, Timbaland returned to the studio Wednesday to record with Keri Hilson. Said Timbaland: “I don’t know a person who would [try to] commit suicide [and then] be at the studio.” I am just glad to hear that Timbaland is okay and things didnt turn for the worst.

I am sure Lindsay Lohan is getting tired of seeing the people  in medical scrubs. Luckily for her  she  may be checking out early – again.People.com tells us that  The actress’s three-month jail sentence was cut short due to overcrowding, and now she may be sprung early from UCLA rehab to outpatient care.

A hearing is set for Wednesday morning at a Beverly Hills courthouse where a new judge, Elden Fox, likely will revisit the sentence handed down by his predecessor.

“There’s a possibility she could get out from inpatient treatment earlier than 90 days,” District Attorney spokeswoman Jane Robison told PEOPLE. “But where she might go depends on whatever the doctors recommend.
Lohan, 24, has been receiving treatment at the campus hospital since Aug. 2. Even if she is released early, she may still receive care.

“The outpatient program is just like the inpatient program, except you get to go home at night,” a UCLA patient told PEOPLE.

As of now, Lohan is also subject to random drug and alcohol testing until the end of her probation term in August 2011, but those conditions could change at the hearing.
