I was enjoying my coffee this morning and checking out some of the latest celebrity gossip on E! Online. One of my favorite things about this site is all of the awesome red carpet coverage they have with exclusive picture.
This morning, they shared some of the most memorable looks from the MTV Video Music Awards. Since the award show for 2014 is tomorrow night, I thought that I would share this picture from E! Online of these crazy looks from the past Video Music Award Shows. It seems like the goal of this award show is to make a huge statement on the red carpet. Well, what do you think? Do you think that these ladies made a statement?
I have been obsessing over the Kim Kardashian and Kanye West wedding lately, so when new details come out about it, I get pretty excited!
The two tied the knot in Italy and it was an intimate, romantic ceremony. Just to give you an idea, Kanye surprised Kim by singing “Ave Maria” as she walked down the aisle. They exchanged vows in front of a wall of white roses that Kanye had constructed as a Mother’s Day surprise for Kim.
Today at 7pm and 11:30pm on the E! Channel, you can hear more details from the big day. Also, for your “dose of Kardashian”, you can tune in to the E! Channel again on Sunday, June 8 for the newest season premiere.
Kim Kardashian is even busier lately than she usually is! Between her fashion line, her line of stores with sister Kourtney and Khloe, her new mom status, the reality TV status, and her status as fiance to rapper/hip hop artist Kanye West, she can now add one more thing and that is wedding planning!
Kim has reported that a big aspect of her day has been chosen, and that is her wedding dress! There are many predictions as to what the reality star will be wearing on her big day, since the couple is both into fashion. However, this detail will be kept under wraps until the big reveal on the big day! The couple will have a civil ceremony in California and proceed to have a celebration in Paris, France.
Have you heard of the Met Gala? If you haven’t, it’s an annual fundraising gala for the benefit of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute. It also serves as the opening night for the institute’s annual fashion exhibit and is one of the most exclusive social events in New York as well as one of the biggest fundraisers for the city. This is considered the fashion industry’s premier annual red carpet event.
Check out the Vogue website for a list and pictures of the best dressed of the night. For the worst dressed of the night (or the not-dressed at all), check out the hideous picture to the left.
What was this guy THINKING!? His “outfit” (if you can call it that) consisted of a gold chain around his neck and a hot pink “mankini”. He attempted to make his appearance by streaking across the red carpet as celebs and other A-listers were arriving but was unsuccessful. In case you were wondering if he was cold in that minimal outfit, don’t worry, he had leg-warmers to complete the look.
I guess you could say I am somewhat of a picky shopper. I don’t what it is, but I am pretty particular about what I purchase. My shopping mentality is quality over quantity. I think it will be better in the long run if you only have to purchase something every so many years rather than a something every couple months. Not only do I think this way, but I am also really interested in different styles, patterns, fabrics, etc. I don’t like to follow the fashion trend that is going on completely. I either like to just stray my own way, or I like to check out what people are doing and then turn it into my own thing. Something I am really excited about is this new Cindy by KIS handbag. It is so cute. I love that this color and fabric will go with pretty much anything. I also love the ribbing and structural design on it. It is nothing like I have seen before which is totally perfect! I have gotten so many compliments on it since I got it!
