I am sure Lindsay Lohan is getting tired of seeing the people  in medical scrubs. Luckily for her  she  may be checking out early – again.People.com tells us that  The actress’s three-month jail sentence was cut short due to overcrowding, and now she may be sprung early from UCLA rehab to outpatient care.

A hearing is set for Wednesday morning at a Beverly Hills courthouse where a new judge, Elden Fox, likely will revisit the sentence handed down by his predecessor.

“There’s a possibility she could get out from inpatient treatment earlier than 90 days,” District Attorney spokeswoman Jane Robison told PEOPLE. “But where she might go depends on whatever the doctors recommend.
Lohan, 24, has been receiving treatment at the campus hospital since Aug. 2. Even if she is released early, she may still receive care.

“The outpatient program is just like the inpatient program, except you get to go home at night,” a UCLA patient told PEOPLE.

As of now, Lohan is also subject to random drug and alcohol testing until the end of her probation term in August 2011, but those conditions could change at the hearing.

Its good to see Lauren Conrad doesnt give up too easily. People.com tells us that After halting production of her first signature clothing line last year amidst a bleak retail landscape, Lauren Conrad is back at it again, with plans for a new contemporary collection already underway. With her affordable Lauren Conrad collection already being sold at Kohl’s, the former Hills star tells PEOPLE she is starting a new line with several of her best friends. “It’s a contemporary women’s line,” she revealed to PEOPLE while hosting a party at Las Vegas’s Tao Beach on Saturday.

 “Where Kohl’s is a lot of daywear, it’s a lot of basics. This will be more specialty basics, more of a boutique line. It will be at a higher price point. It will be very different.” And while Conrad, 24, said the new collection is just getting started, she can’t contain her excitement. “It’s one thing to work with a huge retailer like Kohl’s and there is so much you get to do, but there is a little more of a thrill of doing it on your own,” she said. “It’s a lot more work, it’s a lot more stressful, but it’s something I love doing so I’m really looking forward to it.”

People.com tells us that Bristol Palin and former fiancé Levi Johnston are getting past their differences – and their public custody fight – to start what she calls “a new page” in their lives as parents. Lets just hope that their “new page” doesnt have them sending out baby shower invitations again.

“I am doing my best to raise a happy, active and healthy boy. I believe that wherever possible, if the parents can cooperate and co-parent in a positive way, the child will benefit,” the mom of 17-month-old Tripp tells Good Morning America.

“Levi and I are turning a new page here as co-parents to this wonderful boy,” adds the 19-year-old, “and putting aside the past because doing so is in Tripp’s best interest.”

The new level of cooperation comes more than a year after Palin and Johnston, 20, split and called off their engagement.

Last month Palin, who has become a spokesperson for teen abstinence, called Johnston “a stranger to me,” telling Harper’s Bazaar that she ignored his public behavior, which included posing for Playgirl and going to Los Angeles to become an aspiring model and actor.

But the daughter of former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin has been vocal about having Johnston be part of Tripp’s life. She told The Today Show‘s Matt Lauer last year that she wanted Johnston to be involved with their son.

It seems like this summer’s new fashion is the two-piece bikini. While almost all the celebrities are donning two pieces I am going to stick to my plus size swimwear.  I would wear a two piece if I had a body like most of these celebrities do. This year all kinds of bright colors are in. No longer is the all  black biniki in style its all about bright colors and nice colorful patterns this year.

People.com tells us that While Khloe Kardashian’s family members  have been denying talk that the reality star is expecting – Kardashian herself finally wants to put rumors to rest. At least for now.

“I’m just fat,” Kardashian, 25, coyly told reporters clamoring for pregnancy news at a Los Angeles Lakers game Thursday at L.A.’s Staples Center.

Still, Kardashian, who was there to cheer on hubby Lamar Odom as his team took on the Boston Celtics in an NBA finals matchup, played up her maternal instincts. “It’s exciting and an honor to see Lamar here,” she said. “I’m like the proud mom, like, cheering him on and screaming.”
