Did anyone watch the Oscar’s last night ? I caught part of it  and wondered why some of the actresses didnt wear alot of jewelry. I personally would have worn some type of  jewelry and more than likely I would have worn some type of personalized jewelry. I think my facsination with personlized things is that I love to see my name in things. I hope to one day see my name in lights.

I loved alot of the dresses but some of the dresses left me wondering what were the actresses thinking when they put them on. I have never went to fashion school but I do have a little bit  of fashion sense and some of the dresses were ugly.I would have loved to be on the red carpet to ask some of them what made them choose their dress. 

On another note  I was super excited that Sandra Bullock won for  her movie the blind side. The Blind Side   is one of my favorite movies right now. I am such a sucker for movies with  a  happy ending and the ending to the blind side couldnt have been better. I can totally see why Sandra deserved to win. I also wanted to add that Nicole Richie looked beautiful and although she was there to support her fiancee (he was the DJ) she looked like she belonged there.

According to people.com and Entertainment tonight Marie Osmond lost her son Michael Blosil  friday after he commited suicide by leaping to his death from his Los Angeles apartment friday night at around 9pm. Through her rep, Marie Osmond released a statement Saturday. It says, “My family and I are devastated and in deep shock by the tragic loss of our dear Michael and ask that everyone respect our privacy during this difficult time.”

According to Entertainment tonight , Michael left a note explaining he intended to end his life after a lengthy battle with severe depression that left him, he said, feeling as if he had no friends and could never fit in. I can not believe  how many people we are losing to depression. Not even a week ago Growing Pains co star Andrew Koenig  commited suicide after battling with depression.

I think depression is a serious illness that needs to be treated. We cant be losing all this people to depression when seeing a doctor might be able to fix their depression.

To the people who follow celebrity news like like I do we got a special treat  on tuesday. You ask what was that special treat ? Well we got to see a glimpse of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s Twins Vivienne and Knox. Below is a picture of the cute couple and their twins taking a water taxi in Venice.

 It is rare that we get to see the twins since they dont accompany the parents like the other children do. For me everytime I see the babies it puts a smile to my face. I hope you enjoy this picture as much as I do. As for the rumors that the couple were  splitting up it sure doesnt look like it to me . They look perfectly happy.

Tmz.com tells us that Kevin Smith was thrown off a Southwest Airlines flight yesterday for being a “safety risk” — a polite way of saying he was deemed too fat to fly.

Smith was flying from Oakland to Burbank and was, according to his own tweets, already seated and ready to go when a Southwest attendant named Suzanne “told me Captain Leysath deemed me a ’safety risk.’”

He flew into Oakland on a SW flight, and tweeted later (along with the photo on the right) that he eventually flew out on one as well.

Smith also received a $100 voucher for his trouble and a few apologetic tweets from SWA, but based on the number of four-letter words used on Smith’s Twitter page … we don’t think the apology was accepted. This isnt the first time I have heard of Southwest Airlines treating people bad. I hope they get it together and start treating their clients better than they are doing or they might just lose people using their airlines to get to places. The picture on the side is the one Kevin Smith tweeted while on another Southwest flight. Does it make any sense to yuo that if he wasnt okay for one flight he was okay for another? I personally dont think that 100 dollars justifies the humiliation that Kevin had to go through.

Tila Tequila called an ambulance that took her to the hospital last night to get checked out after she fell and hit her head. Tila was trying to pose on a chair when the chair flipped over and she fell and hit her head. Tila tweeted on twitter  “slammed my head into the wall and heard the back of my skull crack. theres a dent in it now!”

Tila’s agent later tweeted that Tila suffered a concussion and wouldnt be twittering any further updates. Considering what happend to Natasha Richardson  who died after hitting her head I am glad that Tila went and got checked out.
