people.com tells us that Tiffani Thiessen and husband Brady Smith have a reason to celebrate!

The couple welcomed their first child, daughter Harper Renn Smith, on Tuesday in Los Angeles, her rep told  PEOPLE exclusively.

Baby Harper, who weighed in at 8 lbs., 3 oz., is “doing great,” as are the new parents.

Thiessen’s colleagues say motherhood is something the actress is more than prepared for. “She’s totally the den mother of the show,” White Collar costar Matt Bomer told PEOPLE in February. “She’s so organized and so loving and generous – that can only make her an absolutely amazing mom.”

Added costar Tim DeKay: “She’ll make a great mom.”

Thiessen, 36, and Smith, an artist and actor, who have been married since 2005, have said that starting a family is “something we’ve wanted for a long time and we are thrilled that it’s actually happening.” No need to send out any baby shower invitations since the baby has arrived. I wonder if they will have a welcome home party for  baby Harper.

Amy Adams and fiancé Darren Legallo welcomed 7-lbs. daughter Aviana Olea Legallo on Saturday in Los Angeles, her rep tells PEOPLE exclusively. I should have known since her baby shower decorations were pink that she would be having a girl!

“Mom and baby are home and doing great,” says Adams’s rep. “Everyone’s healthy and happy.”

Shortly after announcing her pregnancy in December, the actress said she and Legallo planned to find out the sex of their baby on the way.

“We’ll probably find out,” Adams, 35, admitted. “I thought about waiting and I just don’t think that’s really my personality.”

With nine months to prepare for baby, the Julie and Julia star also made sure to take care of her own needs.

“It’s been good for me,” she told USA Today. “I’ve benefited a lot from taking some downtime and working on friendships and really reconnecting with my fiancé.”

People.com tell us that In public, Sandra Bullock  has been through the best and worst of times this year – from winning her first Oscar to enduring the breakup of her marriage. In private, she was quietly keeping a joyful secret – his name is Louis, and he is her newborn son.

“He’s just perfect, I can’t even describe him any other way,” Bullock reveals exclusively in the new issue of PEOPLE, announcing that she is the proud mother of Louis Bardo Bullock, a 3½-month-old boy, born in New Orleans. “It’s like he’s always been a part of our lives.”

Bullock, 45, and husband Jesse James, 41, began the adoption process four years ago and brought Louis home in January but decided to keep the news to themselves until after the Oscars. Their close friends and family – including James’s children Sunny, 6, Jesse Jr., 12, and Chandler, 15 – were essential in keeping the adoption a secret.

Then, just 10 days after the March 7 Oscars, Bullock and James separated following reports James had cheated. Bullock says she is now finalizing the adoption as a single parent. I am so happy for Sandra although she had to go through alot of drama  she seems in high spirits with her new baby. If Sandra ends up Divorced I think she should get back the tungsten rings or any kind of ring she has ever given him. Jesse doesnt deserve to have anything from Sandra well that is just my opinion.

people.com tells us that  It’s a boy for Lisa Leslie and husband Michael Lockwood, her rep confirmed to PEOPLE.

Although the retired pro basketball star wasn’t due to deliver until May, Michael Joseph Lockwood II weighed in at 7 lbs., 13 oz. and 21.5 inches long upon his birth at 3:21 a.m. on Tuesday, April 6th.

Baby MJ, as he will be called, joins big sister Lauren Jolie, 2½, as well as Mikaela, 15, and Gabrielle, 18, Lockwood’s daughters from his previous marriage.

Former LA Sparks star Leslie, 37, announced the pregnancy  in December. I am just wondering if  Lisa was able to have a baby shower before she gave birth? I also wonder how many people would give her personalized baby shower gifts .  Personalized gifts are my favorite to give because they are given with lots of thought and effort put into it. Its not like I am buying a lab coat for work or buying candy, when I buy gifts I think about the person and what their likes and dislikes are.

People.com and Tmz tells us that It appears that Beyoncé Knowles has a new half-brother.

A paternity test has confirmed that Mathew Knowles, 58, is the father of Alexsandra Wright’s new baby boy, Nixon TMZ reports. The baby’s half-sisters Beyoncé and Solange are 29 and 24, respectively.

The news comes after the elder Knowles initially had no comment about claims that he fathered a child with Wright, an actress, who said they had an 18-month affair with Knowles and filed a paternity suit last October.

Knowles was the manager of daughter Beyoncé, who first rose to stardom with Destiny’s Child under his leadership. He split with former wife Tina after nearly 30 years of marriage when rumors of his affair with Wright surfaced.

A rep for Matthew Knowles had no comment.  Wow is all I can say about that. I cannot imagine what it must be like to have a baby brother when you are about to be 30.
