Richie said Monday night during a taping of the Late Show with David Letterman that the couple are engaged to be married, a source told  PEOPLE. They’ve been together for more than three years and have two children together so if the did decide to get married I think it will be wonderful. 

After the show, Richie headed to the New York restaurant Abe & Arthurs – without her fiancé – for dinner. “She was glowing,” says a source. “She was telling her table how happy she was.”  To me if  people.com are reporting it then  I think that these two are heading to the chapel and they are going to  get married. I really do hope  that they get married because I think Nicole and Joel are one of the cutest Hollywood couple   out there right now.

Richie, 28, and Madden, 30, began dating in December 2006 and their daughter Harlow is 2 and their son Sparrow is 5 months.

People.com tells us that Actor Ian Ziering, 45 has gotten engaged. “Her name is Erin Kristine Ludwig,” Ziering,  told PEOPLE in an e-mail. “She’s a nurse, we’re planning a spring wedding and we’ve been together since Labor Day 09.”  Ian Ziering was best known for his role as Steve in the hit show 90210 back in the 90’s .  Ian was married once before back in1997  to model-actress Nikki Schieler Ziering, but  the marriage ended   in divorce  2002. I wonder if in this marriage we will get to see Ian and his soon to be wife shopping for any baby shower products or baby shower decorations.

Ian  also was a Dancing with the Stars  celebrity dancer (with Cheryl Burke) on its fourth season. I personally thought he looked cute dancing in the dancing with the stars show.

People.com tells us that Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard had something even shinier than a Grammy to show off on the red carpet of the Staples Center Sunday night: her engagement ring. Kristen and Dax have been dating for years and are currently costarring in the romantic movie ” When in Rome”.Bell’s rep, Marcel Pariseau, confirmed to PEOPLE: “Yes they are engaged. Over the holidays.”

Kristen is best known for her role in Heroes( great show I love it ) and Dax is best known for being on the t.v show Punk’d and My name is Earl. I wish I were lucky enough to be invited to their wedding but if not I would settle for any baby shower invitations they sent my way *wink**wink*

 People.com  tells us Former Miss America katie Stam got engagedFriday night. Her fiancé Brian Irk, a personal trainer from Indiana, proposed in front of more than 600 guests during a fundraiser gala.

“I started hyperventilating because I was so excited,” she said about the proposal. “He dropped down on one knee and he said ‘I love you so much. Will you be my Miss America forever?’”

Stam, 24, who has served as Miss America for 2009 , says she woke up and wondered if it had been a dream.

“This morning, I pulled my hand up from underneath the covers and stared at my ring for a little bit,” she said about her emerald-cut sparkler.

The couple plans to return home to Indianapolis and hope to plan for a fall wedding.

“It’s bittersweet but being engaged and going back to Indiana knowing that I’m engaged to the man that I love, makes it really special and makes it easier to let go of being Miss America. I’m kind of trading one in for the other,” she says.

Tara Reid got engaged on monday while eating dinner at The Little Door restaurant in Los Angeles. Her boyfriend  Michael Axtmann of over a year decided to ask for her hand in marriage on monday. Michael presented Tara with a beautiful round brilliant cut ring her rep told People.com exclusively. Tara was so happy and the patrons in the restaurant all clapped and congratulated them her reps said. Michael is a Internet entrepreneur.

Tara and Michael plan to have a small  wedding for friends and family sometime this summer. You might know Tara Reid from the American Pie movies. She has also been featured in Playboy magazines.
